why dont the CIA signature tortures even get recognized?

Was that judge ByBee that made the distinction that they didn't cause enough pain to qualify for fuckin apology since I am completely fuckin innocent of crimes except for posting crap that i tortured to do. Or whatever. Congress should have been made aware of the prisoners after mission complete unless it was a lie which is up there with war crimes somehow I think? was just wonder that. And maybe he said in within the 60 or 90 days but it was supposed to be emergency plus Senator Byrd and Senator Daschle agreed in the book "Like No Other Time" that the Constitution clearly states the responsibilities of the legislative and executive branches in times of war and they felt they couldn't endorse a war declaration with the use of force that did not have clear limits on the designations of authority.

I'm sorry for all the trouble, President Obama.
