Isn't frivolous only a consideration for accidents?
Was that one of your setups, a publicity stunt, a 'gag' to award a customer that spilled coffee from McDonalds and burned herself? Was that your auntie or something that was awarded $10 million dollars? I think she was paid less than $3 million. Oh well, it provided fuel to make the Republican lawmakers howl in the House to create laws to protect their hard dollars stolen at this time.
