Nah, but because they permit the electronic warfare created by Raytheon maybe on its own citizens. I won't even include the word innocent to describe citizens. Guilty of what? Secret laws that permit torture of its citizens? And, all those nonsense laws about baggy pants, and barroom profanity. Just nonsense so that mass arrests could be made. And, detained without a charge? Common? Why are liberals on the enemy list?
