aren't all the suspected terrorists almost always innocent?

I didn't think the military obtained any good information from the torturous techniques used for interrogation purposes. Plus, they get to treat prisoners any way that they want since they are all non-obedient anyway because they are all innocent. The suspected terrorists are all innocent! The guilty terrorists are the ones actually doing the interrogating for the Bush Administration. Yoo says there are some people that commit crimes outside the law and they get the terrorist label. The suspects are always the wrong people. Bush wouldn't allow an actual taliban or al qaeda member be questioned because they might rat him out. All prisoners were innocent. plus more crap,, is that common knowledge?
